Brought my truck in at 8:30am for a 9am appointment to have my brakes changed. At 2:30pm, after calling 3 or 4 times and not getting through to my service rep, I was finally informed that they were "Just getting it onto the lift". The wait times at this dealership are unacceptable and the communication is non-existent without constant pestering.

I purchased my vehicle at Blasius of Bristol and got the “Tires for Life” package, and this is the location that handles the tire repairs/replacements.
I went to Blasius Chevrolet today and Brett was my service advisor who was wonderful to work with. I had a nail in the tread of my tire and the tire needed to be replaced. They got my new tire there and replaced the tire within 1.5 hours. Brett kept me updated during the process and was very friendly and efficient.

We’ve now purchased three vehicles with Vinnie, and there’s a reason we keep coming back. He respects our time, keeps the process efficient, and makes the entire experience seamless. After our first brand-new Blazer with him, we trusted him enough to purchase our next two vehicles without even test driving – another Blazer and most recently a Chevy Traverse. That says everything.
